
Biomechanics Symposium at Bridlewood Dressage

| $55.00 – $650.00Ever been curious about biomechanics for your riding? Join us for a weekend of learning and practice! Covering both equine and human principles, this weekend will provide a deep dive into the science of riding while also providing tools for you to integrate this knowledge into your everyday practice. Hosted by Bridlewood Dressage but given by our instructor, access a weekend of learning in a picturesque setting in Hillsdale, NY. Meals provided are sourced locally from organic ingredients.
Friday evening will start the symposium off with dinner and an introductory lecture introducing principles that apply to both horses and humans. Saturday will start with a rider biomechanics lecture and a group Pilates/calisthenics session, followed by a lunch and then a longe lesson on your or one of our horses (up to 3 available). Dinner will offer a chance for discussion and further Q&A to recap the day. Sunday will start with horse biomechanics lecture and demonstration followed by lunch and then private lessons.
Up to 5 participant slots available for lessons and fitness sessions, but auditing is unlimited. Registration closes on September 24th. Lodging provided for participants. Contact us if you have any dietary needs!
