We’ve started offering rider fitness coaching!

Often, equestrians need a little extra assistance to keep their muscles balanced. Using a combination of Pilates and other calisthenics-based and free-weight exercises with some assistance from the Pilates exercise chair and wall springs, we can create a fitness regimen customized for you with in-person sessions to help you maximize your riding your potential. If you’re coming back into riding, these sessions can help maximize the process, such as if you’re coming back from an injury or simply a hiatus from riding.

Our instructor has had over a decade experience in Pilates instruction (finishing BASI certification) and NASM-style personal training. She is constantly continuing her education in kinesiology and biomechanics so that can help her clients maximize their health and reach their goals. No prior experience is required, just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and an open mindset to learn!

Adults

Single: $60
Pair: $100
Group of 3 or more: $40/person

Teens (ages 13-18)

Single: $50
Pair: $80
Group of 3 or more: $30/person

Children (ages 5-12)

Single: $40
Pair: $60
Group of 3 or more: $20/person
