SUMMARY:Classical Riding Book Club
DESCRIPTION:Displayed price is for all of 2026; individual dates can be booked through the Eventbrite link! \nJoin us as we start up a monthly bookclub! We’ll cover different classical riding books and books about the history of classical riding. Each two months\, we’ll change books so that everyone has a chance to read as much as they can and ask the questions they have. When temperatures permit\, these will be equine-assisted book clubs\, held either in the arena or in the pasture with some of our equine facilitators. These sessions will also be hybrid virtual and in-person. Please RSVP for the in-person sessions at least one day in advance and the virtual sessions one hour in advance. \nEach session is $10. Please RSVP through Evenbrite (link below)\, as our event software is still in development for individual tickets for recurring events. If you’d like to purchase tickets for the whole year\, season passes are available!

SUMMARY:Biomechanics Symposium Spring 2026
DESCRIPTION:Ever been curious about biomechanics for your riding? Join us for a weekend of learning and practice at our spring 2026 biomechanics symposium! Covering both equine and human principles\, this weekend will provide a deep dive into the science of riding while also providing tools for you to integrate this knowledge into your everyday practice. \nFriday evening will start the symposium off with dinner and an introductory lecture introducing principles that apply to both horses and humans. \nSaturday will start with a rider biomechanics lecture and a group Pilates/calisthenics session\, followed by a lunch and then a longe lesson on yours or one of our horses (2 available; lesson horse use fee or stabling fee included in total price)\, or if you’d prefer\, a Maestro seat work session\, which involves more hands-on fine tuning with our Equicizer. Dinner will offer a chance for discussion and further Q&A to recap the day. \nSunday will start with horse biomechanics lecture and demonstration followed by lunch and then private lessons. \n5 participant slots available for lessons and fitness sessions\, but auditing is unlimited (meals included for auditors as well).
